Celia McGuinness in this webinar discusses federal and state protections against disability discrimination in the home, such as rights to reasonable accommodation; alteration, repair and maintenance of accessible property features; and assistance animals. She also discusses concrete methods for getting the alterations and accommodations your child needs to be safe and comfortable at home.
